Pratik Pilankar is a visionary entrepreneur and civil engineer, leading Pilankar Industries & Developers and its premium brand, Pilanco. A BEng Civil Engineering Honours graduate from Edinburgh Napier University, UK—ranked among the top 500 globally and the top 10 in the UK for Civil Engineering, He brings global expertise in civil engineering, structural fabrication, and project management.
After gaining hands-on experience in the UK, Pratik returned to Goa, India, to expand his father’s legacy. Under his leadership, Pilankar Industries & Developers grew beyond steel fabrication into PEB structures, heavy structural fabrication, and turnkey civil projects. Recognizing the demand for world-class aluminum systems, he launched Pilanco, specializing in premium windows, doors, and façade solutions with global standards and backward engineering.
With a commitment to innovation, quality, and precision engineering, Pratik continues to drive growth, expansion, and excellence across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Prakash S. Pilankar founded Pilankar Industries & Developers in 1988 (formerly Goa Engineering Company) with a vision to revolutionize steel fabrication and construction. From a small garage setup, he expanded the company into a leader in PEB structures, heavy structural fabrication, and turnkey civil projects.
With decades of expertise and a commitment to quality and innovation, he has delivered landmark projects across Goa and beyond, shaping the region’s industrial, commercial, and infrastructure landscape. His leadership continues to drive the company’s growth, excellence, and expansion into new frontiers.
